SortGo Privacy Policy
This policy explains how SF Developers handles information when you use SortGo, our color sorting game.
Game progress and preferences
SortGo stores your coins, level progress, stars, rewards, daily challenge progress, and sound, music and difficulty preferences on your device. The game does not require an account. These game records are not uploaded to a developer-operated server by the current game. Your operating system may include app data in device backups according to your device settings.
Advertising and third-party services
SortGo uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to show interstitial and optional rewarded ads, and Google's User Messaging Platform to manage advertising consent where applicable. Google may collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device and advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Data handling depends on your consent choices, device settings and Google's service configuration.
Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and Google's advertising information. Google states that Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS.
Internet availability checks
Before attempting to show an ad, SortGo sends a connectivity request to Google connectivity endpoints. These requests allow us to show a network-unavailable message when an internet connection cannot be reached. As with other internet requests, the receiving service can see your IP address and request metadata.
Permissions and information we do not request
The current gameplay does not request your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise GPS location. SortGo does not require your name, email address or a login to play. Advertising services may infer approximate location from your IP address.
Your choices
You can change music and sound preferences in Settings. Where available, use Settings → Ad privacy choices to review advertising consent. You can also manage advertising identifiers and personalization through your device or Google settings. Clearing app storage removes locally stored progress and preferences; uninstalling removes app-local data, subject to your device's backup and restore settings.
Retention and deletion
Local game information is retained on your device until it is cleared or removed. Google handles retention and deletion of information processed by its services under its own policies. If you contact us by email, we use the information you provide to respond to your request and retain it only as needed for support and applicable obligations.
Children's privacy
SortGo does not ask players to submit personal details. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent personal information to SF Developers, please contact us so we can review and delete that information where applicable. Advertising providers process information under their own policies and applicable consent settings.
Security
We aim to limit game information to what is needed for gameplay and support. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when app features or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when a new policy is published.
